Novotel Twin Waters Convention Centre-New owners have committed to build an $8m 3400-seat convention centre at the site, opening in May 2019.
North Buderim Shopping Centre-Construction has begun on the centre anchored by Coles.
Kawana Sports Hub-The $27m high-performance sports hub project in Bokarina is just months from opening.
Aura Business Centre- The business park is under construction and tipped to create more than 3000 new jobs.
Nambour Hospital Upgrade-Construction will start early this year on the $86m upgrade and be fully operational by 2022.
New Schools- Bli Bli has recently opened Good Samaritan Catholic College and two schools are planned for Stocklands Aura development.
