The buyer, LaSalle, intends to continue to build on the momentum that the Fresh Food Markets, Entertainment and Lifestyle have enjoyed since the revamp of the 3.5HA site. This interest and investment from the International Company has local business' and residents alike looking forward to the plans currently being developed for the new Maroochydore CBD.
The Sellers of the Big Top - Reed Property Group announced their purchase of the First Light Mooloolaba just days later after the sale. First Light is a residential 13-level development. With 65% sold since the $20 million launch in Jan 2015, construction will commence in October this year, pending approvals.
