Bli Bli Village Centre has a planned expansion over three stages. At over 8000m2, the development will be more than double the size of the existing River Markets Shopping Centre.
The developers of the Centre said the growth of Bli Bli in the last few years has been phenomenal (with over 250 sales at ParkLakes Stage 2 and Cutters Ridge in the past 12 months) and has driven the need for the three-level retail and commercial precinct.
The plans include a tavern with accommodation units, commercial space for the health sector and more retail outlets. It is expected that in the construction phase 80 locals will be employed.
