The offer came after the commitment of a 10 year lease agreement with options with Mitre 10, to create a flagship headquarters on the site (which realised a 6.45% yield). The site has high exposure with a 98 m frontage to a four-lane arterial road.
Maroochydore - Kunda Park
A Sydney investor has purchased a fully leased office/warehouse in Enterprise St, Kunda Park for $2.75 million. The property has a yield of 8.9%, with new 5 year lease with options in place, to a local engineering group.
Coolum
A parcel of four tilt slab strata titled units at 25 Junction Drive, Coolum Industrial Park was snapped up by a local investor for $1.9 million. The property is achieving at 7% return, very attractive.

106 Brisbane Road Mooloolaba, a three building property with eight tenants, sold to Sydney Investor for $2.3 million.
