After a long holiday Hastings Street is back on the Hot property list. So far this year there has been $20 million spent on retail assets in the street. Back 18 months ago there was approx. 14 vacancies on the strip now there is only 3. New investors buying in the precinct are locals as well as interstate. Prices are now running at $30,000-$40,000 per square meter!
