The last three months has seen Sunshine Coast housing values drop by around 3.3%, so around 1% month on month with Jan Feb down to 0.8%, so the rate of decline closing steam.
This comes after the significant boom through COVID, which saw values increase by 52.5%!
Tim Lawless from Core Logic believes the market prices will stabilise in the second half of the year.
