The Sunshine Coast community is just days away from finding out if UNESCO will officially recognise our region as a biosphere – an international site of excellence and an area of natural beauty. With so many markets wanting a clean green product, a biosphere destination would open up opportunities for local food and agribusiness sectors by allowing them to brand their products and showcase the Sunshine coast Biosphere.
