A new ’highest price paid’ has been set with the sale of a Waterfront Office building in Birtinya.
Changing hands in a $10.812 million deal, the sale equated to $3630 per square metre of the total net lettable area of 2978 sqm.
The fully tenanted building at 1 Innovation Parkway, Birtinya is one of the transactions in the total $30 million invested in the past 12 months.
Located in the new Kawana Health precinct, which has a low vacancy rate of below 4%, the total net income is more than $950,000 p/a.
