Recent analysis by Pop Trac revealed that some suburbs experienced price growth up to 361.5% in the past 10 years most of which occurred in the past three years. Top 10 of the list was Byron Bay with Buddina on the Sunshine Coast or also among the national top 10 with 234.9% growth. For units, Noosa Heads lead the charge with 278.9% growth, Currumbin Waters 161.1%, Sunshine Beach, 159.2% and Palm Beach 152% also on the national list.
