Large format retailers are basking in a booming Sunshine Coast region’s population growth driving demand for household goods.
Two new tenants have moved into the Harvey Norman Homemaker Centre-Furniture retailer James Lane has taken a seven year lease on 958m2 and The Custom Sofa Centre has singed a five year lease on 446m2.
Both retailers are new to the coast.
Although now prices have been disclosed sources say the showrooms would have fetched $350-$400 sq/m a year gross.
