A new report by the Urban Development Institute of Australia shows how the development industry drives our economy.
Last year the development industry contributed;
13,405 direct jobs
16,863 indirect jobs
$3.9 billion to gross regional product
On the Sunshine Coast the industry accounts for 10.7% of direct regional employment and is the regions third largest industry of employment.
