One of the Gold Coasts biggest tourist destinations has packed up and is moving to the Sunshine Coast.
Night Quarter, an Eat-Street style marketplace with food, community, music and culture is set to open at Birtinya before Christmas 2019.
It includes six bars, 200 vendors and a massive stage, all this will inject $20 million into the coast economy each year.
It will also create 150 jobs, 50 of those directly employed by the venue.
