Latest REIQ figures (Dec 2018) show Sunshine Coast and Noosa Annual median house prices have increased with the Annual median house price now $585,000 for the Sunshine Coast and $739,500 for Noosa.
Both areas also show increases in annual median price from 5 years ago, Sunshine Coast was $445,000 and Noosa $510,000.
