The Qld Government has announced a new state school will be built at the Aura community (Caloundra South).
Education is one of the key principles that Aura will be based around, with land provisions for over 20 schools and education centres included in the Master Plan.
Work is well underway on Stage 1 of the Bells Creek Arterial Road and construction has started on Auras first home sites.
The Arterial Road is part of Stockland’s $1.3 billion infrastructure agreement being rolled out over the next 10 years.
